PRS-107 Approved as Alternate Method Of Compliance for AD 2008-08-14 (4/30/08)

The FAA has approved Section G of PRS-107 Rev3 as terminating action for AD 2008-08-14.  Please refer to this letter for specifics.

Warranty Request Form Information (Updated 4/18/08)

You may use the Warranty Request Form to request reimbursement for resolution of the Hex Plug 383493 issue, as specified in Service Bulletins PRS-107 and PEX-1.  The same form may be used to request reimbursement for both RSA Fuel Injection Servos and Silver Hawk EX Fuel Injection Servos.  If you wish to request reimbursement for more than one servo, please submit one form for each servo.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please note that only units whose serial numbers appear in the PRS-107 serial number listing or the PEX-1 serial number listing are eligible for this reimbursement.

The Warranty Request Forms may be submitted to Precision Airmotive by regular mail, by fax, or by e-mailing them to productsupport@precisionairmotive.com.
