Inlet Fitting - Fuel Line to Servo: Standard #6 (9/16 x18 straight thread)

Silver Hawk EX systems are shipped with certain "default" throttle and mixture levers, which are listed on this page.  If your engine application calls for a different lever, other options exist as we have other levers available for purchase.  Call Product Support for assistance.

FUEL INLET FITTING

65-70 lb-in.

Inlet fitting may be installed to opposite side by reversing location of fitting, screen and plug.

NOZZLE FUEL LINE     (Union nut)

25-50 lb-in.

Torque in excess of 50 lb-in. may cause damage to the parts.

MIXTURE LEVER ELASTIC STOP NUT

90-100 lb-in.

NOZZLE

60 lb-in.

Install nozzle in cylinder using a clean deep well 1/2 inch 6-point socket wrench.

The letter "A" stamped on one flat of the wrenching hex is located 180 degrees from the air bleed hole in the nozzle body.  On engines using primer ports to install nozzles, it is desirable to have the "A" toward the bottom, but the correct torque should take priority during installation.

OUTLET FITTING

45-50 lb-in.

Outlet fitting may be installed on opposite side of servo by reversing location of fitting and plug in alternate outlet port.

THROTTLE LEVER CASTLE NUT

90-130 lb-in.

UNMETERED PRESSURE PORT PLUG OR FITTING

45-50 lb-in.
